The Engagement Model
How GSCG Works
Each semester, student teams work directly with sport industry clients on eight-week intensive consulting engagements — delivering real analysis, real strategy, and real results.

Client Brief

A sport organization brings a real business challenge — fan engagement, revenue strategy, marketing, data — to GSCG for a fresh perspective.

Team Assembly

A team of six students is assembled, with roles ranging from analyst to project manager, matched to the engagement's needs.

Eight-Week Sprint

Students research, analyze, and synthesize — working closely with faculty directors and the client's front office team.

04

Final Delivery

A professional-grade presentation and deliverable package is delivered to the client's leadership team.
